Job Description

GreenLancer is looking for an agile, motivated Sales Administrator to assist with GreenLancer’s sales & customer success efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an eagerness to learn and grow into a critical piece of GreenLancer’s Revenue team.


This role will work closely with the Revenue team, providing phone, chat, and email support to onboard new customers, solve customer issues, and close deals. The candidate will skillfully employ relationship-building, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques to provide customers with a straightforward solution to their problems.

 

This candidate is a growth-minded team player who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, execute tactically, and learn new things to achieve individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support: provide excellent customer service to address customer inquiries for the GreenLancer Application Marketplace via phone, email, and chat to resolve or redirect to appropriate team member

  • Customer training and onboarding: qualify and onboard new customers to platform, facilitating a smooth sales process to get initial conversion

  • CRM Management: update and maintain CRM system with information to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

  • Sales support: work with Account Managers to build pipeline of leads, prepare proposals and other sales-related documents

  • Market & product research: conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to support strategic decision-making

  • Data analysis: analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Assist with miscellaneous sales administrative activities to help team become more efficient and effective

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience, B2B Saas experience is preferred but not required

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, comfortable being uncomfortable, and willingness to learn, grow, and do whatever it takes to get the job done

  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM

  • Undergraduate degree
